What happens in an Integrated Healing session?
Integrated Healing is not a one-size-fits-all session. Each experience is intuitively guided and may include a blend of nervous system regulation, somatic release, energy work, sound healing, and coaching-based support — depending on what your body and spirit are ready for.
Sessions are designed to help you soften out of fight-or-flight, clear emotional weight held in the body, and return to presence. Many clients leave feeling calmer, lighter, more grounded, and reconnected — often describing it as if a weight has been lifted off their shoulders.
Reiki and sound healing are beautiful tools within this work — but they are not the whole story.
Integrated Healing Offerings
All sessions are intuitively guided and may include Reiki, sound healing, nervous system regulation practices, somatic release, and supportive coaching. Each session includes time for integration, reflection, and gentle at-home self-care suggestions

An intuitively guided Integrated Healing session designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and reconnection to self.

Expanded Session (120-Minutes)
A deeper session for those wanting expanded time for integration, emotional release, and intuitive coaching. Includes additional space for nervous system regulation and deeper somatic unwinding. (Cacao may be included when aligned.)
