What to Expect in a Session
In simple terms…
When you arrive, we’ll take a few minutes to check in. You don’t need to know exactly what to say or how to explain what you’re feeling — I’ll guide you.
You’ll relax on a treatment table, fully clothed, in a calm and quiet space. Each session is intuitive and uniquely guided, supporting nervous system regulation, emotional release, and reconnection to self.
People experience sessions differently. You might feel deep relaxation, warmth, tingling, emotional release, energy movement, or a quiet stillness. Some clients fall asleep. Many leave feeling calmer, lighter, and more grounded — often describing it as if a weight has been lifted off their shoulders.
If you can, give yourself a little time afterward to hydrate, slow down, and integrate.
“Healing begins when the nervous system feels safe”.
The Sacred Pause Experience
Arriving
From the moment you walk in, this space is designed to help your system soften. You don’t need to perform, figure it out, or hold it all together here.
Wear something comfortable and allow yourself to arrive slowly. If possible, create a little spaciousness around your appointment — even a few minutes before and after — so your body doesn’t have to rush back into the pace of the world.
Hydration is always supportive before and after your session.
“Your breath is a doorway back to self”.
During Your Session
This is not a one-size-fits-all service. I work intuitively, listening to your body, your nervous system, and what you’re holding beneath the surface.
Sometimes the experience is subtle — a deep quiet, a feeling of steadiness returning. Other times the body begins to unwind in a more noticeable way: emotions release, breath deepens, the mind gets quiet, or energy moves through in waves.
You may not be able to explain what you feel — and you don’t need to. The nervous system understands safety, and the body knows what it’s ready to release.
There is no “right” way to experience a session.
”Your only job is to receive”.
After Your Session
Healing doesn’t end when your session ends. Often the deepest shifts happen afterward — as your nervous system integrates and your energy recalibrates.
You may feel more grounded, lighter emotionally, less reactive, clearer, and more connected to yourself. Sleep often improves. Intuition becomes easier to hear.
I recommend drinking water, moving slowly if you can, and giving yourself a gentler day or evening. Let your system absorb the work.
“Rest is where the integration happens”.
A Sacred Reminder
This is not about fixing you. It’s about returning you to you.
Here, we soften out of survival mode and return to what’s natural: safety, clarity, and inner presence.
