Inspired by my personal Sunday mantra, Sacred Sunday embodies a sacred time dedicated to resetting, reconnection and gathering with like-minded women as we foster a nurturing and supportive environment.

Join me for an enriching experience that includes a Cacao Ceremony, meditation and heart-centered energy healing. No Reiki experience necessary- everyone is welcome!
